"I called yesterday afternoon to have someone come out to fix the water line to my refrigerator. Water was everywhere. He apologized that no one could come out that day but would call me the next day when he was on his way. First thing this morning, he called to let me know he was on the way. He came in the house apologizing for not coming yesterday and asked how did I handle it the night before. He came in and emptied the bucket I had been catching the water, picked up and took to the laundry room the soaked towels. After he fixed the leak, he the mopped up really good and moved the refrigerator back. The price was fair and I would definitely use Kranz again."
